Finishing
- Steaming: Every dye and pigment that is printed needs to be fixed to the cloth to get a good fastness and color yield. Depending on the dye and cloth combination there are a number of possibilities which can be separated globally into dry heat or steam fixation.
- Washing: Washing is often overlooked as a process that determines the final quality of the job. The various dyes, cloth-types and end-uses demand very different process settings concerning the number of baths, temperatures, chemicals and dwell times. To accommodate these demands we offer a modular system to suit all washing needs.
- Drying: Wet processing of fabrics often requires an inline drying unit since wet wind up results in marking or creases. Our equipment can be used in a combination with washing or padding units to act as a steam or hot air dryer.
- Chemical applications: Certain properties to the finished fabric are applied with chemicals to produce features such as flame retardancy, water-repellency, soil-repellency or fabric softening.

Pre-treatment
Before inkjet prints can be applied to fabric often some sort of pre-treatment is necessary to keep a sharp definition of the print and to achieve fixation of dye during the fixation step.
